Though passionate about many fictional universes, Star Wars is closest to Amy's heart. Eventually, Amy took on paid writing assignments for sites such as IGN, Fashionably Geek, CBR, Orbitz, and Nerdist (where she went on to become editor-in-chief). She started her writing career with a blog she created to hold all her fangirl enthusiasm about Star Wars: The Clone Wars (if you have plenty of free time, ask her about Ahsoka Tano), fictional alcoholic beverages-those kind of things. She’s also a host, the editor-in-chief for Nerdist, and an entertainment reporter published at, IGN, and more.Īmy didn't figure out what she wanted to be when she grew up until she was a grown up.
